What You Will Do:
Be the Campaigns Champion: Support the Campaigns & CRM Lead in taking on the day-to-day campaign planning and operations in the Philippines including campaign calendar creation and updates, promo code creation, crafting email and push notification copies, landing page creation and optimizations
Boost User Growth and Retention: Plan and execute marketing campaigns relevant to the market to drive both new user acquisition and retention of existing customers by selecting the right products/destinations to feature and implementing effective discount mechanics.
Track & Optimize Performance: Plan, monitor, and report campaign progress and outcomes, conducting post-campaign analyses to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
Lead Seamless Coordination and Collaboration: Communicate actively and build rapport with cross-functional teams including social media & content, design, partnerships, CRM, KOLs, platform/product, and business development teams. Cascade new campaign updates and progress/developments and ensure alignment on deliverables for seamless and cohesive campaign execution.
Execute with Clarity and Efficiency: Develop insight-driven campaign plans outlining goals, referencing competitor analyses, defining target audiences, sharpening messaging strategies, and measuring KPIs for measurable impact.
Understand the Market: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and feedback and integrate findings into campaign plans or test hypotheses with experimentation
Align with Global Strategies: Work closely with the central team to maintain consistency with global marketing guidelines in localizing global campaigns.
Support Strategic Partnerships: Support execution of external partnerships by implementing deliverables on time, suggesting campaign optimizations to meet campaign targets, and generating post-campaign reports.
Adapt to Dynamic Needs: Take on additional duties as needed to support team objectives and organizational growth.
What You Will Need:
Proven Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns with a track record of delivering strong performance.
Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Logical and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Proactive Leadership: Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and mastery of the overall campaign channel and show ability to rally teams to deliver on shared goals
Passion for Travel & Innovation: A genuine enthusiasm for travel, combined with a creative mindset for communication and idea execution.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities, paired with a growth-oriented mindset.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
Start-Up Mindset: Globally-minded and adaptable, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude to embrace challenges and opportunities.
