What You Will Do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria; plan and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement hiring strategies to build a qualified candidate pool, ensuring a steady talent pipeline for business growth.
• Optimize hiring processes to ensure a fast and smooth experience for both candidates and teams.
• Maintain ATS to manage applicant flow, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
• Support additional recruitment initiatives and projects as needed.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive recruitment experience within a global, high-growth company.
• Prior hiring experience in the US, UK, Europe, and Korea will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and able to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for active sourcing.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
• A global mindset and comfort working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
