What You'll Do:

Operations Support

• Assist in responding to merchants' API-related inquiries: Follow guidelines and protocols when replying.

• Create product mappings within the Klook dashboard to allow bookings to seamlessly integrate between reservation software and Klook.

• Manage inbound requests regarding API integrations for Klook partners, clients, and other Klook customer experience teams.

• Become an expert in all of Klook’s unique API integrations.

What You'll Need:

• Attention to Detail and Patience: 90% of the work involves executing operational tasks.

• Work Hours: At least 3 days a week.

• Language Skills: Strong English reading and writing skills; good English listening and speaking skills are a plus.

• Preferred Majors: in Computer Science, Information Processing, or those with API-related experience are preferred.

• Strong Logical Thinking: Ability to understand backend setup logic effectively & a natural sense of urgency and ownership
