What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound requests regarding API integrations from Klook partners, clients, and customer experience teams.

• Create product mappings within the Klook dashboard to ensure seamless integration between reservation software and Klook.

• Become a subject matter expert on all of Klook’s unique API integrations.

• Prioritize API projects based on business impact and size.

• Collaborate closely with Klook's R&D and Business teams to improve API performance.

• Respond to merchant API-related inquiries by following established guidelines and protocols.
   

Communication Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional responses to inbound requests from clients and partners.

• Educate clients on API best practices to enhance their integration experience.

• Act as the liaison between the Tech team, internal business teams, and business partners to drive end-to-end API projects to completion.

What You'll Need:

• Attention to Detail & Patience: 70% of the work involves executing operational tasks, so precision is key.

• Language Skills: speaking and listening to Mandarin is required; good English skills is a strong plus.

• Preferred Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a field that emphasizes logical thinking.

• API-related Experience: Familiarity with API integration and project management.

• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects and ensure timely API launches.
