What you'll do

• Strategy: Work across verticals and collaborate with Marketing teams to identify new growth opportunities beyond BAU (Business as Usual).

• Project Management: Lead large-scale campaigns and merchant projects, such as Double 11, summer promotions, etc. Responsibilities include discount strategy planning, merchant reporting, and exposure arrangement.

• Cross-functional Communication & SOP Development: Establish SOPs to enhance internal efficiency and streamline cross-department collaboration.

• Data Analysis: Build key performance metrics and monitoring mechanisms to track campaign and operational performance effectively.

What you'll need:

• >5 years of experience in OTA, e-commerce, startups, business analytics, or brand management.
• Marketing, Merchandising, operations  background is preferred.
• Proven experience in successfully driving cross-departmental projects.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and ability to work independently when needed.
• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and time zones.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships across all levels and adapt effectively to varied situations.
• Team player with the ability to work across a matrix organization in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Analytical mindset with a strong bias for data-based decisions, capable of deriving insights from multiple data sources.
• Demonstrates sound business judgment, with a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
