What you'll do

國際汽車交通服務商戶營運管理
 

1. Product Operation (平台商品維運)：日常例行商品上架、更新、優化、監控庫存價格、商戶平台培訓指導及對帳款項等例行維運事務

2. Account Management (維繫既有商戶)：維運商戶關係（不限於重點商戶）並解決問題，深入了解商戶需求及痛點提供數據分析與反饋，促成持續優化商家系統

3. Acquisition (商業開發)：協助開發交通類商品及獲取優勢方案與商業條件，確保平台市場競爭力

4. Coordination (協調) : 跨團隊協作；與市場行銷合作以最大化銷售，與運營合作以達成成長目標，與客戶服務合作以解決商戶與客人問題，與財務合作以確保帳款支付並降低公司風險等

What you’ll need

1. 2年以上工作經驗（電商相關經驗為加分項）

2. 英語能力需達 TOEIC 700 (IELTS 5.5) 或以上，能聽、說、讀、寫直接進行匯報

3. 積極主動的新創 Mind-set：獨立作業主動詢問解決問題且能適應變化快速的環境

4. 良好的溝通表達、數據分析、具邏輯思維與系統性執行力

5. 能多工進行任務：妥善安排工作事項的優先順序，主管交辦的任務

6. 熟悉 Google Workspace & MS Office (Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
