岗位职责：

1. 负责线上C端平台的各渠道售前咨询（含Klook主站&小红书&企微&OTA等渠道），挖掘客户需求，并根据需求定制个性化旅行方案，完成订单转化。

2. 独立完成客户下单流程并及时同步给产品运营或售后预定部门的对接操作，达成每月销售目标。

3.维护客情关系，包括但不限于定期发送相关促销活动的推广等。

4. 如遇客户投诉等情况，需耐心解答客户疑问并安抚客人情绪，同时第一时间同步给售后支持团队。

任职要求：

1. 1年以上旅游产品销售或电商客服经验，有OTA平台相关经验者优先。

2.熟悉日本或者巴厘岛目的地，有定制线路经验者、熟悉高奢酒店品类的优先。

3. 具备基本的英语读写能力，英语4级以上者优先。

4. 具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识、抗压能力及应变能力。

5. 执行力强，细致耐心，善于协调，有团队合作精神。

6. 热爱旅行，能接受早晚排班制及法定节假日值班，月休八天，法定节假日加班按三倍薪资发放。
