工作内容​：

1.负责回复渠道问询，解答用户疑问和分析顾客需求，并完成订单转化；

2.负责查询跟进订单预订信息，受理及主动解决客户对于业务的退订、修改、投诉等服务；

3.具备处理问题、跟进进程、沟通及疑难问题服务的意识跟能力；

4.按时完成公司/团队要求的业绩指标。
