岗位职责：

1. 负责渠道拓展与运营：开拓旅游同业&异业相关渠道合作机遇，建立并维护良好的合作关系。分析市场和行业动态，挖掘潜在合作机会，达成合作意向并签订合作协议，确保与合作伙伴的关键指标完成。

2. 负责渠道管理与维护：对现有合作渠道进行日常管理，确保合作的进行及指标完成。及时沟通协调解决合作中出现的问题，定期评估渠道合作伙伴的表现，制定相应的激励和优化措施，与渠道伙伴共同制定联合推广计划，整合双方资源，推动平台产品的增长目标。

3. 负责对渠道伙伴的营销活动策划与效果优化：通过方案整合能力将平台产品有策略的上架至各合作渠道平台。根据市场反馈和数据分析，对产品页面、价格等内容进行优化，提高产品的转化率和竞争力。跟踪产品在不同渠道的销售情况及时调整产品策略。

4. 数据分析与报告：定期收集、整理和分析渠道运营数据，如流量、转化率、销售额、客户来源等深度挖掘数据背后的信息，为渠道运营策略的制定和优化提供数据支持。撰写详细的渠道运营报告，可为项目成果提出合理的建议和改进方案。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，具有1年及以上旅游行业渠道运营或推广经验 ；

2. 熟悉旅游产品的销售及运作模式，具备渠道运营项目经验或系统直连对接经验，有了解或运营过 Affiliate/ Agent-Api同业平台 / 自我游平台背景者优先；

3. 技能要求：熟练使用办公软件，具备数据分析能力，能够运用数据分析工具，进行数据处理和分析，熟悉互联网平台的运营规则和推广技巧，具备营销方案撰写和策划能力。

4. 沟通与协调能力：具备出色的沟通协调能力，能够与不同类型的合作伙伴建立良好的合作关系，有效协调内部各部门资源，推动项目的顺利开展。具备较强的问题解决能力，能够及时处理合作过程中出现的各种问题和突发情况。高效处理内外部合作关系，具备较强的应变能力与抗压能力；
