Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Merchant Success & Relationship Management
- Act as the go-to operational contact for key merchant partners, ensuring long-term success through proactive communication, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction.
2. Strategic Account Support
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams (Finance, Customer Service, Tech, and Marketing) to drive execution for merchant accounts.
- Own key operational workflows such as onboarding, inventory setup, settlement reconciliation, customer support, and API operations.
3. Growth & Sales Optimization
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities to boost sales, enhance activity pages, and ensure our supply remains competitive and aligned with Klook’s quality standards.
4. Operational Excellence
- Build strong working knowledge of Klook’s backend and frontend tools, systems, and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continuous improvement across the merchant journey.

- A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with the willingness to dive into both high-impact and repetitive tasks
- Detail-oriented, organised, and motivated to proactively manage priorities and improve the merchant experience
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and build trusted relationships
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with local and overseas teams
- Self-driven and focused even when handling routine or repetitive operational tasks
