What you'll do?

• Drive commercial, service level, and operations performance for Tours Vertical
• Strategy: Co-develop business model and roadmaps for the vertical, from supply to demand to business strategy and technology innovation. Work with regional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and projects.
• Program Management: Rollout & support programs globally to drive vertical service level performance at scale.
• Data Analysis: Support data operations, monitor and analyze commercial and operational performance.
• Market Research: Collect market information to facilitate business decisions by crawling websites

What you’ll need:

• Interested in start-up and travel products
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, good communication and presentation skills
• Result-oriented and details focused
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
• Team player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment
